(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The doing of any prohibited act, or the omission of any required act governed by § 110.01 is declared to be a violation of § 110.01. Any person found to have violated § 110.01 by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined in an amount up to $2,500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate violation. If a person is found to have violated § 110.01 by a court of competent jurisdiction, the court can award reasonable attorney’s fees from the violator for the necessity of prosecuting an action.
(C) Any person violating any provision of § 110.03 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $25 for each of such violations so committed.
(2) Any utility company who violates any of the provisions of § 110.03(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10, and not more than $300, for each offense, such fine to inure to the county. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
