366.04 RATES.

   (a)   The rates to be charged for parking in each of the above designated areas shall be as follows:

      (1)   Area One: $0.00.

      (2)   Area Two: $0.25 for fifteen (15) minutes.

      (3)   Area Three: $0.25 for each sixty (60) minutes.

      (4)   Area Four: $0.25 for each sixty (60) minutes.

      (5)   Area Five, Handicapped parking and Loading Zones: $0.00.
