365.13 METER BOXES FOR PAYMENT OF OVERTIME PARKING VIOLATIONS; "TICKET" NOTICES.
   (a)    There shall be installed at suitable places and intervals within the City, under the supervision of the Police Department, receptacles or parking meter fine depositories for the deposit of money due the City by reason of the violation of the Traffic Code relative to the use of parking meters.
   (b)    Upon receipt of a notice of a parking meter overtime parking violation, commonly called a “ticket” of such overtime parking, the recipient of the same shall deposit in such parking meter depository box the "ticket" so received together with the appropriate sum. This deposit shall discharge the violation of "overtime parking", if made within ten days after receipt of the "ticket", which shall have indicated thereon the date and time of delivery.
   (c)    Failure to deposit and compromise the violation as aforementioned by depositing the "ticket" and appropriate sum in such meter box within ten days of the time of violation creates penalties as provided in Section 365.99.
