There shall be two classes of parking permits issued in the office of the Mayor for monthly parking. Parking permits must be displayed in the lower right hand corner of the windshield of a motor vehicle. Permit parking will not be allowed at red meters or loading zones.
(a) Class A permits shall be no charge and will allow daily parking on the Bowman Street Parking Lot only.
(b) Class B permits shall be fourteen dollars ($14.00) and will allow daily parking in The Parking Plaza and adjacent to metered sites on Market and Church Streets, south of, or "below" the intersection of Beauty Street with Market and Church Streets.
