135.03 BOARD.

The board of the Commission shall consist of three residents of the City of Spencer, appointed by the City Council of the City of Spencer. One member shall serve for a term of one year from June 1, 1998. One member shall serve for a term of three years from June 1, 1998. One member shall serve for a term of five years from June 1, 1998. At the conclusion of the term appointment of each member of the Commission, the City Council of the City of Spencer shall appoint a successor for a term of five years.
