135.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby formed, created, and established a municipal building commission to be known as the Spencer Building Commission, hereinafter known as the Commission. In accordance with Article 8, Chapter 33 of the Code of West Virginia as amended, the Commission shall be a public corporation and have perpetual existence.
