A person who operates or causes to be operated an adult oriented business without a valid license is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. Such violations shall be punishable by a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00), thirty (30) days imprisonment or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day an adult oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
