Sec. 10-146. License required.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business as an electrician or electrical contractor within the jurisdiction of the City of Spearfish unless such person is licensed under state law. The electrician or plumber shall furnish to the building department satisfactory evidence of his/ her license with the State of South Dakota before a contractor's license can be issued.
