Sec. 6-108. Penalties.
   The penalties for violation of this article shall be as set forth in section 1-14 of the Code of Ordinances. In addition, to protect public property and the public interest, the City of Spearfish shall have the authority to clean, stabilize or re-vegetate its own rights-of-way due to non-compliant permit holders. The City shall also have the authority to assess the permit holder for the work performed, in addition to all other remedies.
