Sec. 6-29. Schedule of permit fees.
Building Permit Fees
   The fees for various residential, commercial, plumbing, and mechanical building permits are based on the estimated value of work in accordance with the schedule set by resolution and on file with the City Finance Office.
   Refunds for building permits may be given upon request to the City of Spearfish Finance Officer. Refunds for building permits will be based off of 80% of the cost of the permit fee.
