Sec. 6-28. Definitions in code.
   (a)   Whenever the word "jurisdiction" is used in the code adopted by section 6-26, it shall be held to mean the City of Spearfish, South Dakota.
   (b) Whenever the term "corporate counsel" is used in the code adopted by section 6-26, it shall be held to mean the city attorney.
