Sec. 5-12. Domesticated pets prohibited in the city park (Centennial Park) during festival in the park.
   Domesticated pets shall not be permitted in the city park (Centennial Park) from 6:00 a.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday during the festival in the park. For purposes of this section, City Park (Centennial Park) includes the recreation path through the park, Canyon Street, sidewalks to the east and west of Canyon Street, and the parking lots. This section shall not apply to dogs used by law enforcement, the disabled or the visually handicapped.
