Sec. 17-454. Lights.
   A snowmobile in motion during the period of one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise shall display at least one (1) lighted lamp on the front and one (1) on the rear of the snowmobile; which headlight and taillight shall be in conformity with the standards set by state law.
