Sec. 17-261. Alley, driveway entrance.
   The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, private road, or building shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles and in a business orr esidence district shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto the sidewalk area extending across any such way if there is no sidewalk shall stop at the point nearest the street to be entered where the driver has a view of the approaching traffic.
