Sec. 17-168. Driving through processions.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral procession or other authorized procession while they are in motion. This provision shall not apply to intersections where traffic is controlled by traffic-control signals or police officers.
