Sec. 17-163. Following fire apparatus.
   It shall be unlawful for any driver of any vehicle other than one on official business to follow any emergency vehicle traveling in response to a fire alarm closer than five hundred (500) feet or to drive into or park such vehicle within the block where the fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm or any public emergency.
