Sec. 14-301. Purpose.
   The purpose of this article is to provide a means to fund the acquisition of artwork by the City of Spearfish, which shall become the city's collection; to provide a means to select artwork for the collection; to provide for the display of the collection and to provide for the maintenance and repair of the artwork in the collection.
