A permit is required before placement, repair, engraving, or replacement of monuments. The permit must be obtained through the finance office. The following information must be provided at least two (2) business days prior to the placement of the monument:
(1) Name of deceased and name and contact information for contact person.
(2) Block, section, lot and space ID of which monument placement or work is to be done.
(3) Name of the monument company doing the
placement or work.
(4) Type of work to be done and date
placement or work is to be completed.
(5) A diagram of the cemetery parcel showing exact placement of the monument(s).
