Sec. 14-37. Snow storm information and advisory guide.
   The city administrator is hereby required to establish and maintain an administrative policy entitled the City of Spearfish Snow Information and Advisory Guide which describes how the city will address snow removal and regulate such things as parking in snow conditions. The policy has the weight of law.
