§ 151.05 FRAME BUILDINGS WITHIN FIRE LIMITS.
   Within the fire limits of the town, as established and defined, no frame or wooden building shall be hereafter erected, altered, repaired or moved except upon the permit of the Building Inspector, approved by the Insurance Commissioner.
