§ 91.65 PRIMARY FIRE LIMITS ESTABLISHED.
      The primary fire limits shall be described as follows: beginning at the centerline intersection of US Hwy 21 and NC Hwy 18 and running Southwest with the center of NC Hwy 18 to the centerline intersection of NC Hwy 18 and Evergreen Street; thence running Northwest with the center of Evergreen Street to the centerline intersection of Evergreen Street and West Doughton Street; thence running Northeast with the center of West Doughton Street to the centerline intersection of US Hwy 21 and East Doughton Street; thence Northeast with the center of East Doughton Street to the centerline intersection of East Doughton Street and Alleghany Street; thence running Southeast with the center of Alleghany Street to the centerline intersection of Alleghany Street and NC Hwy 18; thence Southwest with the centerline of NC Hwy 18 to the beginning.
      Note: Excluded from the above described boundary description and not to be a part of the primary fire district are those two parcels of land being identified as parcel identification numbers 3070-69-4430 and 3070-69-4463 as shown on the Alleghany County Tax Maps.
      Being those two parcels of land lying on the north side of US Hwy 21 south and located east from the centerline intersection of US Hwy 21 and NC Hwy 18 and being identified as: Parcel Identification Numbers 3070-69-7521 and 3070-69-8412.
      Note: Included in the above description and to be made a part of the Primary Fire District is the building known as Edwards Body Shop which is located on Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-9626. It is the intent to only include that portion of the above mentioned building and not the entire Parcel.
      Being those eight parcels of land lying on the South side of US Hwy 21 South and located South from the centerline intersection of US Hwy 21 and NC Hwy 18 and being identified as: (1) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-5450, (2) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-5377, (3) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-6305, (4) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-6313, (5) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-6399, (6) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-6288, (7) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-6119, and (8) Parcel Identification Number 3070-69-6155 as shown on the Alleghany County Tax Maps.
      Being those five parcels of land lying on the west side of and adjoining East Doughton Street and being identified as: (1) Parcel Identification Number 3071-60-3082, (2) Parcel Identification Number 3071-60-4015, (3) Parcel Identification Number 3071-60-4037, (4) Parcel Identification Number 3071-60-4069, (5) Parcel Identification Number 3071-60-4192 as shown on the Alleghany County Tax Maps.
