(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Violation of § 130.06 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $50.

(D) Any person violating the provisions of § 130.08 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of up to $500 or imprisonment of up to 30 days or both.
