§ 130.08 PROHIBITED AUTOMOTIVE PRACTICES.
   (A)   No person shall move a vehicle which is stopped, standing or parked unless and until the movement can be made with reasonable safety.
   (B)   No person shall cause the tires on a vehicle to squeal, or spin gravel or other roadway substances, while starting from a stopped position or while the vehicle is moving upon the roadways or public vehicular area of the town, except while attempting to come to an abrupt stop to avoid an accident or object in the roadway or public vehicular area, or the unintentional spinning of tires due to ice or snow on the roadway or public vehicular areas.
   (C)   No person shall place upon the roadways or public vehicular areas of the town any tire impressions or black tire marks while starting from a stopped position, while in the act of turning or while the vehicle is in motion, except when the driver is coming to an abrupt stop or sudden turn to prevent an accident or to avoid striking an object.
   (D)   This section shall be enforced by any law enforcement officer having authority and territorial jurisdiction to make an arrest while in the town limits.
