§ 130.06 PUBLIC DISPLAY OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drink or to have open any intoxicating beverage on any public street, road, parking lot or public place, and to make public display of any intoxicating liquor at any athletic contest or on school property. Intoxicating liquors include alcohol, brandy, whiskey, rum, gin, beer, ale, port wine and, in addition thereto, any spirituous vinous, malt or fermented beverages, liquids and compounds, whether medicated, proprietary, potented or not, and by whatever name called, containing 0.5% or more of alcohol by volume, which are fit for use for beverage purposes.
