§ 52.010 SEALING OF SEWER AND DRAINS UPON REMOVAL, DEMOLITION OF BUILDING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, destroy, level or otherwise demolish any building or structure which prior thereto was connected to the sanitary sewer, without having first sealed all service lines, drains or openings to the city sanitary sewer main. All service sewer lines, drains or openings to the city sanitary sewer main shall be sealed at the property line at the nearest point to the city sanitary sewer main. The service sewer lines, drains or openings shall be sealed under the supervision of the city’s Plumbing Inspector or any other person as may be designated by the Commission of Public Property.
