(A) Operating a transitory lodging establishment without a license shall be an ordinance violation punishable by a fine of not less than $500, nor more than $1,000 per day, for each day that the violation remains in effect.
(B) Any other violation of these provisions shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $500, nor more than $1,000 per day, per violation, for each day that a violation remains in effect.
(C) In addition, the city shall be entitled to seek and obtain an injunction preventing and prohibiting the use of any real property within the city as a transitory lodging establishment, if the property is operating without a license issued under this chapter, or is otherwise operating in violation of these provisions.
