§ 154.066  PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   Accessory uses. As allowed in all zoning districts. (See §§ 154.030 through 154.033.)
   (B)   Agricultural uses.
      (1)   Crop farming, including cropland research or test plots;
      (2)   Dairies;
      (3)   Egg production farms;
      (4)   Forestry (including Christmas tree sales);
      (5)   Greenhouses, nurseries, and plant sales included;
      (6)   Hatcheries (fish, poultry, and game birds);
      (7)   Livestock-pasturing and grazing;
      (8)   Orchards;
      (9)   Riding stables;
      (10)   Roadside stand (temporary-seasonal);
      (11)   Veterinary hospitals; and
      (12)   Wineries.
   (C)   Residential uses.
      (1)   Single-family dwelling;
      (2)   Manufactured Home Type I (as defined in § 154.086);
      (3)   Cultural and recreational facilities (e.g., churches, parks and recreational facilities, libraries, museums, and the like);
      (4)   Home occupations, non-traffic generating;
      (5)   Permanent utility structures for essential services;
      (6)   Development disabilities residential facilities (see § 154.081);
      (7)   Real estate office, including model homes;
      (8)   Parking lots, for uses, other than those permitted as of right in an Agricultural District;
      (9)   Personal care, including nursing home, adult care, child care, and retirement (self-care) home; and
      (10)   Public or private primary or secondary schools.
   (D)   Open land conditional uses.
      (1)   Airports;
      (2)   Aircraft sales, rental, leasing, and service;
      (3)   Airline companies;
      (4)   Auction barns;
      (5)   Bait and tackle sales and service;
      (6)   Boarding houses;
      (7)   Boat sales, rental, and service;
      (8)   Campgrounds;
      (9)   Coal and coke (retail);
      (10)   Contractor’s yard;
      (11)   Clubs;
      (12)   Golf course;
      (13)   Landscape architect’s offices;
      (14)   Lodges and fraternity/sorority organizations;
      (15)   Lumberyards;
      (16)   Mining, metal ore, coal and coke, shaft;
      (17)   Mining, petroleum and natural gas, well;
      (18)   Railroad yards and stations;
      (19)   Recreational facilities (commercial);
      (20)   Resorts;

      (7)   Radio, cellular phone and television towers;
