§ 154.081 PERMITTED USES IN ALL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

   (A)   Agricultural uses generally, including crop farming, forestry (excluding Christmas tree sales), residential greenhouses, orchards, and wineries;

   (B)   Single-family dwelling;

   (C)   Manufactured Home Type I, as defined in § 154.086;

   (D)   Cultural and recreational facilities (e.g., churches, parks and recreational facilities, libraries, museums, and the like);

   (E)   Permanent utility structures for essential services;

   (F)   Home occupations, non-traffic generation (see §§ 154.215 through 154.220);

   (G)   Model home, including information center; and

   (H)   Developmental disabilities residential facilities are permitted in any district where dwellings are permitted, provided that the licensing and regulation of such facilities shall be accomplished through the requirements of I.C. 16-10-2.1 and I.C. 16-31.1.
