For purposes of this chapter, the following guidelines shall be adopted.
(A) No mobile home shall be permitted on a lot having an area of less than 43,560 square feet.
(B) Any mobile home installed on a lot shall be situated at least 50 feet from the front line of the lot, at least 20 feet from each side line of the lot, and at least 20 feet from the rear line of the lot.
(C) All mobile homes to be permanently situated under this chapter shall be blocked and skirting shall be installed.
(D) All regulations of the State Board of Health and the County Department of Health shall be observed regarding the installation of the mobile home and the water and sanitary systems to be constructed.
(E) There shall be a minimum size of 12 feet by 60 feet for all mobile homes.
(F) Any mobile home placed on a lot within the town’s zoning administration shall comply with the same age restriction as the county ordinance specifying the age of said mobile home.
