If upon the expiration of this 30-day period the mobile home is still in violation of this chapter, then the Plan Commission may take appropriate action to compel the removal of the same by an action in the nature of ejectment or eviction, if applicable, or may impose a fine in the amount of not more than $2,500 per day until the use is discontinued. Any fine imposed and uncollected may be certified to the County Treasurer to be assessed against the property and collected as taxes.
