§ 152.01  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Before any mobile home may be located on any real estate within the jurisdictional limits of the Plan Commission, regardless of the zoning of the real estate, a permit shall be required, issued by the Building Commissioner upon the consent and direction of the Plan Commission after the following procedure has been followed.
