§ 151.38  BASEMENTS; BASEMENT DWELLING UNITS.
   (A)   The basement or cellar of every dwelling unit shall be kept drained, ventilated, and free from rubbish accumulation and rodent infestation.
   (B)   No room in any basement or cellar shall be occupied unless the basement or cellar shall comply with the requirements prescribed in §§ 151.19, 151.22, and 151.23.
