§ 131.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Enforcement of § 131.01 shall be in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 34-28-5-1. Any violation of § 131.01 shall permit the town to request a judgment against the violator in a sum not less than $5 nor more than $100.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating § 131.02 shall be subject to a fine of $5 for each and every offense committed.
   (C)   Any person violating any other provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,500.
