§ 131.01  CONSUMPTION, POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ON TOWN PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.  Any spirits, wine, beer, ale, or other liquid containing more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume which is fit for beverage purposes or intended for beverage purposes.
   (B)   No person shall consume any alcoholic liquor while in or upon town property, including the town park, the Town Hall, or the municipal building.
   (C)   No person shall be in possession of any glass, can, or open container containing alcoholic liquor on any town property including, but not limited to, the town park, the Town Hall, or the utilities building.
