§ 131.15 SUPERVISED PUBLIC FIREWORKS DISPLAYS.

Every fireworks display shall be handled by a qualified operator to be approved by the Chief of the Fire Department and shall be so located, discharged, or fired as, in the opinion of the Chief of the Fire Department, after proper inspection, is not hazardous to property or person.
