§ 74.02  COMMERCIAL VEHICLES TO TRAVEL ON TRUCK ROUTES; EXCEPTION.
   Drivers of commercial vehicles are prohibited from operating or driving these vehicles on nondesignated truck routes except for purposes of pick-up and delivery services to places located along the same, in which case the driver shall cause the vehicle to enter upon and leave the same at the street intersection nearest to the point where the pick-up or delivery is made, upon the streets or portions of streets designated as truck routes in Chapter 75, Schedule IV.
