§ 53.18 MUNICIPAL SERVICE.

   (A)   Availability. This service is available to the town for municipal services such as street lighting, water utility, sewage works, Town Hall, Fire Station, parks, and the like.

   (B)   Character of service. Electric energy supplied hereunder shall be alternating current, 60 cycle, at any standard single-phase or polyphase voltage supplied by the utility in the locality for which service is required.

   (C)   Rates. The rates for municipal service shall be as follows:

      (1)   Street lighting.

         (a)   The rate for street lighting shall be $0.0395 per kilowatt-hour for metered service; and

         (b)   For unmetered service, the monthly rate per light shall be as follows:

      (2)   Other municipal service. The rate for other municipal service shall be $0.0395 per kilowatt-hour.

   (D)   Term of payment. Bills for municipal service shall be rendered and due monthly.

   (E)   Fuel cost adjustment. Refer to § 53.41.
