§ 53.41  RATE AND FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT.
   (A)   Rate adjustments.
      (1)   Applicable to the following rates:
         (a)   Residential;
         (b)   Commercial;
         (c)   Municipal; and
         (d)   Power service.
      (2)   The rate adjustment shall be on the basis of a purchased power cost adjustment tracking factor, occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased power, in accordance with the order of the Public Service Commission of the state, approved December 17, 1976, in Cause No. 34614. These fees shall be established and amended from time to time by the Town Council.
   (B)   Fuel cost adjustment.
      (1)   Applicable to the following rates:
         (a)   Residential;
         (b)   Commercial;
         (c)   Municipal; and
         (d)   Power service.
      (2)   The fuel cost adjustment in dollars per kWh shall be the same as that most recently billed to the municipal electric utility by its purchased power supplier.
   (C)   Midwest Independent System Operator (MISO) adjustment.
      (1)   Applicable to the following rates:
         (a)   Residential;
         (b)   Commercial;
         (c)   Municipal; and
         (d)   Power service.
      (2)   The adjustment factor in dollars per kWh shall be the same as that most recently billed to the municipal electric utility by its purchased power supplier.
