§ 130.185 RUNAWAY CHILD DEFINED.
   A RUNAWAY CHILD is defined as a person under 17 years of age who voluntarily absents himself or herself from his or her parent, guardian or legal custodian without the permission of that parent, guardian or legal custodian.
