§ 95.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of house moving, razing or shoring without first having secured a permit therefor. The permittee under §§ 95.175 through 95.196 must comply with all the foregoing ordinance provisions relating to work being done, and must pay the permit fee required for moving buildings, and must comply with all the foregoing ordinance provisions relating to the moving of buildings. Any violation of §§ 95.175 through 95.196 by any person shall be punishable as an ordinance violation as provided in § 10.99.
