§ 95.175 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to move or cause to be moved any building in, into, through or from the village without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Clerk of the village and abiding by all other requirements of this subchapter as hereinafter stated. The permit shall be known as a "house moving permit".
