1423.13 INSPECTION GUIDELINES AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE STANDARDS.

The inspection guidelines and property maintenance standards required by this article shall be govemed by those guidelines set forth in Chapter 1422 of the Southgate City Code entitled Intemational Property Maintenance Code.
