832.14 REPORTING FALSE INFORMATION.

It shall be a violation of the chapter for any registered guest in any hotel, motel or extended stay hotel or to give any false information. Knowing or having reasonable cause to believe such information to be false, the licensee or his employee shall notify the Police Department of such fact, and failure to do so shall be grounds for revocation of the license.
