832.09 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

Each establishment licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be operated and maintained in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the City of Southgate and the State of Michigan. Upon violation of this chapter pursuant to Section 832.08, after notice and hearing, the City of Southgate may revoke such license.
