833.08 PROHIBITIONS FOR SECONDHAND AND SCRAP DEALERS.

No secondhand or scrap dealer shall loan money on deposit, or pledge of personal property, or other valuable thing on condition of selling the same back again at a stipulated price, without obtaining a pawnbroker's license pursuant to the Pawnbroker's Act and this chapter.
