1476.21 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The City Engineer or his or her authorized representatives may enter, at all reasonable hours and/or times, in or upon any private or public property for the purposes of inspecting and investigating conditions and/or practices which may be in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
