All SESC plans and specifications, including extensions of previously approved plans, shall include provisions for erosion and sedimentation control in accordance with, but not limited to, the minimum control measures contained in the land development regulations duly approved by Council. Council may adopt, by resolution, from time to time, such rules and regulations related to erosion and sedimentation control as it deems advisable. Copies of such land development regulations shall be available for inspection in the offices of the City Clerk and the City Engineer.
