1476.15 MAINTENANCE OF CONTROL MEASURES.

Persons carrying out soil erosion and sedimentation control measures under this chapter, and all subsequent owners of the property on which such measures have been taken, shall maintain all permanent and temporary SESC measures, walls, structures, plantings and other protective devices.
