1476.13 MODIFICATION OF SESC PLANS; APPROVAL REQUIRED.

Modifications of approved SESC plans shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. All necessary substaining reports shall be submitted with any proposal to modify the approved SESC plan. No earth change work in connection with any proposed modification shall be permitted without the approval of the City Engineer.
