1476.06 SESC PERMITS REQUIRED.

A land owner or developer who contracts for, allows or engages in an earth change in the City shall obtain a permit from the City Engineer prior to the commencement of an earth change. Said party shall obtain an SESC permit from the City Engineer before commencing an earth change which disturbs one or more acres of land or which is within 500 feet of the water’s edge of a lake or stream.
